This is a marinade we use for beef or venison tenderloin. It can be used on any steak really.

8 oz. soy suace
Juice squeezed from 1 orange
Freshly minced garlic to taste

Let marinade over night, then grill to preference.

awesome...I guess the citrus aspect get things breaking down and the soy seasons, interesting mix.
