wild game in taco's

In the past I would never subject my wild game to the diss of using the game in Taco's .

This past year and summer I have eaten a lot of game in Taco's and has really intensified the flavors !!

My little experiment 2 years ago was left over pheasant put into a chicken salad (minus the chicken) fantastic.
It is now one of my go to summer dish's.

Anyone else use game in taco's ???

I haven’t tried it in tacos, but I can make mean pheasant enchiladas. I have taken them to Christmas dinner a few times and folks seem to enjoy them.
