We had 9 or 10 ducks in the freezer and one goose. So, we got a half dozen ducks out and ground them into Duck Burger. Mixed the duck burger with an equal amount of Kobe Beef Hamburger.
So for Thanksgiving, Nami will make a big ball of the meat and cover the whole thing with a couple or three inches of dressing and roast it.
We did this last year and it’s unbelievably delicious.
