Hanging/Aging Birds

Anyone hang or age their birds after a hunt? Just curious how long, temp you hang them at, and if you can notice a difference.

I know this is old but I will age waterfowl. Cut the spine out like you were going to spatchcock and put them breast up in a fridge for 3 days. Amazing how much blood comes out. The meat doesn't even look the same.
