I had three extra phez , never gt around to eating , so :
Three torn pheasant parts , one large onion diced , 1/2 head of stalked celery , 2 cans of peas , or quart of garden peas , salt , pepper and a 1/2 container of mayo.
Stir the $#*! out of it , frig it for a couple hours.
