Sharptail recipes

Last year I read someones post who marinaded his Sharpies in Half/Half. If I remember right he then fried them up. Anyone know of this recipe? Or any other good recipe is welcome. Just got back from Pierre and we got alot to eat up.

I just came here to check for the same thing. I shot one over the weekend and my buddy's wife poured a little cream on top for about 5 minutes before they fried it. It was pretty gamey still, but I'm wondering about some good recipes. I could see some stroganoff if you had enough.
