Talked to the lady at the shelter about this dog. Seems it was a house dog and used for hunting up untill last year when it got displaced due to divorce. Dog ended up tied to a post in the yard of some people that really did not want or cared for it. Adoption fee is $ 75.00 plus cost of spaying.
