Anyone ever buy a gun on armslist? Looks like I have to become a member to contact this particular seller? It's a bummer because the guy selling it is semi-local but there is no contact info beyond going through the listing. I'm balking at 'joining' - should I just get over it and join? I've actually bought stuff there before but always through a business listing or a contact number provided, never through the 'contact seller' route. Thanks for any advice.
I have purchased and sold from Armslist before with no issues. When I signed up, it did not cost anything and I haven't been on it in a couple years so some things may have changed. Most of my purchases and sales were through gunbroker which I have had good luck on.
You never have to tell a dog what time to be home, give them the keys, and they never ask for money.
It really sucks that you have to join Armlist in order to contact a seller. I'm not sure why someone would even list a firearm on Armslist as they really limit potential buyers with this new policy. GunBroker.com is way better.
