Well Winter was brutal. Went right into an early spring so far here. Been carrying a camera.

Spud and Tess treed on this den tree behind the house during an afternoon run.

Next day the dogs were hunting in the same area.

Heard the too familiar sound of Spud wringing out a coon.

Snow melted off finally and ran the dogs in some spots where they would find some pheasants before the nesting begins. Spud pointing a pheasant.

Found some snow geese this week.

Finding lots of sheds. Dog Training daily. Ice is off the ponds now and the gobblers are starting to strut and gobble.

Fishing, Turkey Hunting and Mushrooms are coming fast. Getting excited.
